Crispy, delicious, easy, Parmesan Oven Fried Chicken Thigh Recipe

I made these parmesan oven fried chicken thighs in almost the same way that I make my parmesan potatoes side dish.

First, make the seasoning mixture.

Combine everything in a bowl really well. Be sure that your bowl is big enough to dip the chicken thighs in!

Then, prepare to assemble your breaded chicken.

Melt the butter in a microwave save dish. Dip your chicken thighs into the melted butter. Put the chicken in the seasoning mixture. Be sure to cover all sides of the chicken in the seasoning.

Last, put the chicken in a casserole dish SKIN DOWN.

Bake for 30 minutes on 400 degrees. After 30 minutes, flip the chicken and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
