Do you have any go-to recipes that you can always rely on when you’re in a pinch? Mayonnaise Chicken is mine. It is delicious, easy, and I usually have all of the ingredients on hand.
If you’re not a fan of mayonnaise, I still encourage you to give this recipe a try. Once the mayonnaise is baked, the texture and flavor change drastically. It’s really delicious!

This recipe pairs WONDERFULLY with broccoli and corn. I love to get all three things in one big bite, YUM.

First, heat your oven to 360 degrees F.
Then, prep your mayonnaise chicken.
Combine all of your ingredients (mayonnaise, seasonings, and cheese) into a mixing dish. I like to use my two cup measuring bowl. Put your chicken into a glass baking dish and cover it with the mayonnaise mixture.
Finally, Bake your mayonnaise chicken!
Bake your chicken for 40-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165. I like to use this meat thermometer to check! I also like to make sure the sauce mixture on top of my chicken is nice and brown, but not burnt.
It really is just so easy! Choose some delicious sides to serve with the mayonnaise chicken. My go-to sides are broccoli and corn!
Mayonnaise Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 fresh or frozen chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F.
- Mix up the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
- Put your chicken in a casserole pan and cover with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
