Amazon affiliates links to this great juice are used in this post!
We’ve begun making fresh juice to help get more nutrients in our bodies. With all the changes our family has been making because of Grayson’s yeast intolerance, I’ve been thinking a lot about our overall health. I also realized that I don’t always take the best care of myself. I love fast food—like, really love it—but I worry about what it could do to my heart and arteries in the long run. That’s why I’m trying to make healthier changes now, before it’s too late.
I talked about why we love our juicer a couple of weeks ago and I added affiliate links to our favorite juicer. In case you missed it, you can catch those below along with my favorite glass bottles to store our juice.
Ever since I got my juicer, I’ve been playing around with juice combinations (a little obsessively). I discovered that adding veggies is a great way to tone down the sweetness of your favorite fruit juices. It’s honestly amazing how naturally sweet real fruit juice is! Plus, veggies are so good for you, and adding them to your juice is nothing but a win.
Here’s my latest favorite. I’ve been drinking this in the morning as a part of my breakfast and I love it. I feel as though I’m getting a ton of heart healthy benefits in addition to a delicious drink.
